Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our website, you explicitly consent to receive text messages related to quotes, policy updates, and other service communications from Givesurance. This consent is not required as a condition to purchase any goods or services from us.

Frequency & Content: We will send a maximum of five (5) messages per month. All messages will clearly identify our brand. Message types include insurance quote information, policy updates, renewal reminders, claim status updates, and promotional offers related to insurance services.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. You are solely responsible for any fees or charges incurred from your wireless carrier for text messages.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Help Instructions: For assistance with our SMS program, reply "HELP" to any message you receive from us. You will receive information about message frequency, supported carriers, opt-out instructions, and our customer support contact details. You may also contact us directly using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Privacy of Your Information: Your mobile phone number and SMS consent records will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes outlined above. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
